Zach is a commercial and insurance litigator who for more than seven years, has successfully prosecuted and defended a broad range of complex matters in state and federal court through mediation, trial and appeal. Zach joined the GRG team in February 2019 and brings with him a vast array of knowledge and experience involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, directors and officers liability, bankruptcy, fraud, unfair competition, false advertising, and insurance coverage.

Zach's successes include:

• Collecting over $50 million in damages for clients in complex commercial disputes.

• Successfully defending insurers against tens of millions of dollars of claims for breach of contract and bad faith.

• Successfully reducing, by tens of millions of dollars, an insurer's limits of liability by pursuing rescission of insurance policies.

• Successfully defending the directors of a special purpose acquisition company in a class action and derivative lawsuit arising from a merger valued at more than $100 million.

• Successfully defended the directors of a community bank against the FDIC's allegations of negligence and breach of fiduciary duty.
